How GiveMeLeads went from 65% to 95% email deliverability in 3 months

GiveMeLeads is a SaaS tool that exports leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with verified emails. Sales teams use it to build prospect lists in minutes instead of hours. Email is a core part of the business: GiveMeLeads sends around 80k emails a month to convert users who signed up and to upsell customers who already bought.

But only about 65% of those emails reached the inbox. There was no deliverability tracking, the list was poorly segmented, and emails kept going to contacts who no longer engaged. We ran a full audit, cleaned the list and set up ongoing monitoring. Three months later, deliverability was at 95%.

Strategy

1. Audit. We ran a full deliverability audit of the sending setup, the list and the sending practices. Nobody was tracking deliverability before, so this gave the first clear picture. The result was an action plan, sorted by impact.

2. Clean. We removed invalid addresses and contacts who had stopped engaging. We also rebuilt the segmentation, so each contact gets emails that match where they are: new sign-up, active user or paying customer. The list got smaller, but every contact left on it was a real, reachable person.

3. Monitor. We set up ongoing monitoring to track deliverability every week. If something slips, we see it early and fix it before it hurts revenue.
